@jasonekratz I appreciate the suggestion. As it stands Discovery just doesn't have enough high level topics. For example, I'm specifically interested in posts about the web platform and web standards, but the Discovery page doesn't even have a "Technology" topic 😞. @dotproto would suggest two things because I agree the Discovery page can seem limiting: use the interests dropdown there to expand it out a bit and just start following people. the timeline will expand a lot with even a few people followed starting with people like @manton and @jean.

@dotproto I would definitely take advantage of the feature where a user's profile shows you who they are following that you aren't. I also recommend listening to @monday and finding interesting people that way. Last, check out the videos from past Micro.camps. Cool people to follow there.
