@simonwoods I did that last week. Once the operator saw what we were paying and how much we watched live tv, he didn’t even try to offer me alternate plans. Which never happens.

@dgreene196 Was pretty much the same for me; I got lucky and had an operator who, the moment he realised I knew the exact conditions for needing a licence, immediately got on with making sure we were both cancelled and marked as not needing one. Contact via the website on the other hand... oy.
