@vasta I think home made crackers earn the right to break that rule. Same with Christmas Tree decorations - anything goes on our tree if it was made for us rather than bought!

@TheDimPause oh what utter rot! The whole thing is about what works for you and your family! We have three meats - turkey, ham & spiced beef - two spuds - mashed and roasted - Yorkies are piss easy to chuck in the hot oven while the meat rests. Xmas dinner needs planning, yes, but all these Thou Shalts articles are a load of bollocks.
