@endonend Hey, I just tried setting up the playlist, authorising, found my way to getting the playlist URL. Added today’s entry, and got this message:

> Entry created successfully. There was a problem saving the song to your playlist.

No explanation of what the problem was. Hopefully you’ll be able to check the logs.

@endonend Hmm, maybe because I hadn’t made that entry public! And/or because I hadn’t checked the ‘Show on My Profile and in Search’ option on the playlist in Apple Music?

@devilgate hmm. Let me dig into that. I was having all types of issues getting that to work.

The link in your post works fine too. I was able to click through and see your playlist with one song on it.

Seems like a few people have it turned on too. Weird. I will see what I can find!

@devilgate neither of those settings should impact it saving to your playlist. Just the Save checkbox on the entry creation screen. Will get back to you asap!

@devilgate found yours in the site log… the differences I see for your attempt is an initial ‘not found’ when you tried to add your playlist on the settings page. It seemed like that got fixed though after… AND I see an “upstream” error when the song was submitted to the API. Maybe API issues?

What I would try doing is re-adding the playlist URL on the settings page… hit Save and see if you get any error messages. Maybe a fresh re-connect. Then when you do your next entry, hopefully everything works. Let me know if you get the same error tomorrow and I will see if any more info is displayed in the logs. The one downside of a one-post-a-day site!

@devilgate I just did my entry early for tomorrow to test the playlist add, and mine worked OK. Hoping a re-connect works for you tomorrow!
