@jsnell One of the highlights of my Scotland visit (when I lived in England) was the Highlands tour we took. And a highlight of that tour was our Scottish tour leader taking us through the Massacre of Glencoe (1692) — on which the infamous Red Wedding of Game of Thrones was (partly) based — whilest in Glencoe.

@jamesthomson @jsnell Scotland is honestly on the top of my list with Iceland, Japan, and New Zealand. I think Scotland might be the easiest to achieve first.
@rmischook Definitely! My wife has family ties so more on her list. (Distant cousins but a lot of family history.)
@glennf it’s a lovely place. I’ve lived here near Belfast for 20 years and amazed how a relatively short drive (by Canadian standards) can deliver up mountains and sea (and the odd pub 😉).
