What the hell has happened?
Me: Can I order food to go?
Them: Of course, our next deliveries are scheduled for next Wednesday.
Me: Sorry, I don’t need a table, just food to go.
Them: Yes sir, I understand. We require 5 working days notice for take-away orders.

Not only is there a wait .. the menu is a small subset of what is in their restaurant.
@JohnPhilpin I can see the subset. Some things might not lend themselves well to being transported. But the delay… well, I suppose if you know, and treat it like a special, exclusive meal. But still mighty odd.
@devilgate with you on sunset - the other part is that apparently to manage the quality - they are collecting orders and planning for what they know about - not randoms
