Uninstalling Twitter has been a boon to my productivity. It has also already impacted my ability to focus. I started a book!

I have noticed I will pick up my phone and just stare at it for a minute before I realize I have nothing on there to see. It is sad really. It shows how bad I was/am addicted to Twitter. That habit is already starting to fade and I’m hoping that within a few months it will go away completely.
