Ravel’s Bolero is such an amazing piece of music.

@hawaiiboy It's great! Ravel himself called it "orchestration without music", a great self-put down. I know what he meant, but the orchestral buildup of a small theme is I think what makes it great.

@JMaxB very true. I love to watch the orchestra slowly bulld up to the denouement. I can’t sit still
