I just spent the last couple hours restoring my M1 Mac Mini because of a consistent kernel panic issue. I think it may have solved the issue and brought back my great computer. At least, I hope so because that was a lot of work.
@dandycat You were getting panics on sleep right? If this doesn’t work, it might be worth looking at any peripherals plugged in, as a cause.
@mcg You’re 100% correct with that. Usually just once a day, but always on sleep. I do have an LG UltraFine plugged into it, and I’ve been hearing that monitors have been an issue for some people. I’ve got my fingers crossed that the restore will take care of it, but your helpful suggestion could lead me to the culprit if not.
Or, you know, Apple could fix the issue. That would also be great.
