My feed may contain photos of peaceful moments and favorite creatures but my brain is in a whole other space right now. 😶 I don’t know how to ask for help or even if I need it.

@cygnoir I’d say when in doubt, ask. I know it isn’t necessarily easy. It is very hard for me.

@cygnoir May I suggest a cookie? It won't solve any problems (apart from cookie cravings), but savouring one often helps me figure things out or at least think things through.
