My first attempt at a “strata”. 🥘 If you have a bunch of people to feed for breakfast, and some time the night before to assemble it, it’s a good recipe.

@cygnoir ours is a vegetarian version for other family members but personally I would love to try your recipe

@annahavron Hard to beat bacon and shallots together. Although a good vegetarian substitution might be tempeh bacon!

@cygnoir Our vegetarians don't even do meat substitutes. We just gave up for the Christmas one and went with red and green bell peppers 😸
