@crossingthethreshold I hope it helps! I'm so distracted (and distractable) lately I often grab a notebook and sit somewhere with nothing and noone else around. Remains to be seen if it helps reveal a way forward for me, but it has an immediate calming effect that I love.
@jack Thank you. My hope is that I will bring the difficulty to light and give it a voice through writing, as opposed to burying it under a unproductive and unnecessary distraction, and through that find my way to a resolution.
