@maique that would be fun ā€¦ we are basically living the plan we had before Covid and other things hit ā€¦ but back then it was going to be three months in Portugal .. earlier this year, we were thinking 3 weeks ā€¦ I am currently trying to work out how to do everything in less than a week ā€¦ which I know we wonā€™t ā€¦ but we are so close ā€¦ and certainly a three way meet up would be great ā€¦ I never seem to get beyond one ā€¦ no matter what I try.

@JohnPhilpin Oh! Thatā€™s an easy one, though. Highway all the way to AlcĆ”cer, a fast one. If youā€™re talking about Sesimbra, thereā€™s only around 14km of that same highway, and then a quite busy road all the way there. You should see that road during the summer months, itā€™s hell!

If youā€™re planning on going down to AlcĆ”cer from Sesimbra, and have time to do it, Iā€™d drive to Setubal through the ArrĆ”bida mountain range, by the sea, get a ferry and cross over to TrĆ³ia, and then drive to AlcĆ”cer. Carrasqueira is worth a visit, Comporta as well.
