I’d get a 3rd COVID vaccine if it would make me invincible to COVID. Would still wear a mask, haven’t contracted a cold or other roving virus since I’ve gone back to work..wearing a mask, among 30 employees, with kids and large families.
@hawaiiboy Though I feel uncomfortable admitting it, I have struggled with the increasing crowds here on Maui since the islands have opened up to visitors. I don't know if it is the contrast with the complete absence of people during the lockdown, or the awareness of COVID still being out there, but Maui feels busier than it has ever been.
The economy here needs the visitors, and it is good that people can come and enjoy these beautiful islands, but still I am feeling more sensitive to the crowds. At times, I have to admit, it feels like a crush.
