@cliffordbeshers When they come through here it's like a mob descending on my back yard. Noise, ruckus, all the water splashed out of the birdbath. Then after half an hour they'e gone for the year.
@ayjay Ours stayed for a few days, but I didn't seem them eating my Cotoneaster berries, which can get them drunk. In college, in Minnesota, I saw them eating overripe berries and carrying on, much like in this story.
@cliffordbeshers Oh that's funny! Maybe they were rowdy in my backyard because they'd had a few too many....
@cliffordbeshers Great photo! And they are such striking birds. To my eye, cedar waxwings, skimmers, and red-headed woodpeckers look like birds that a graphic designer made up.
