tinyMovieStar had a meltdown before heading to kindergarten. There was no red sweater, and she REALLY wanted a red sweater.

In the end a red fleece jacket came to the rescue, but not before a very decent amount of screeching and crying was summoned.

This is not usual.

@maique My stepdaughter was flying with her then two year old. He would not sit down as the aircraft descended to land. He resorted to his hypersonic scream.

Take note of this if you have any travel plans on the horizon.

@maique yea, I will side with everyone else on this conversation. We have been trying to make Miguel use new shoes for a while.. impossible. For people outside, the probably think we are torturing him or something. So he has been using the old beaten shoes for now. 🙄

@pcora The shoe problem is one we're aware of. She's also fan of a particular pair, that's well past it's prime. She will not let them go.. Others are her favorite pair for two days, and then she will not wear them, at all!

@maique @crossingthethreshold airplane seatbelt can be a problem.. but it's easy to workaround with an iPad and maybe a chocolate candy. If not, then yes, hypersonic scream is guaranteed.

@pcora @crossingthethreshold Our single experience on the airplane with her went smoothly. She just found the accelaration a bit strange, held our hands, and she was fine the whole time, playing and painting.

@maique ours are fine and he loves them, but the sitting down and buckling up became an issue as he does not want to sit down.

@jasonekratz I’ll try to remember that next time. Today I was focused on trying to stop the screeching, with little success!
