@bjhess I've never heard of this. Seems obvious when you say it, but...pancakes does not leap easily to sheet pan for me.
@cliffordbeshers it was a surprise success for me. I didn’t find it much faster than the regular way, but probably if you got practice at it it would be. Recipe.
