Listening to Lulu for the first time. So hard to disassociate from all the discourse this far in, but I’m trying to just take it in. Will probably require multiple listens. 🎵

I like my music weird and eclectic, but this was too much for me.
@starshaped it’s the Lou Reed and Metallica collaboration that was the last music Reed put out before he died. Incredibly polarizing. Critics mostly hated it, David Bowie said it was the best thing Lou Reed ever did, etc
