We are being introduced to the potential magic of the Instant Pot™ tonight.
@chipotle did you find it in any way instant? All of my IP meals so far have taken about 2 hours to make, start to eating.
@kitt It might have been less than that, but I think it's only "instant" if the benchmark is "compared to doing a similar thing in a slow cooker." :)
