Three weeks have gone by since I started the intermittent fasting and walking. Down 7Kg. Still a bit more to go, but happy with it so far.

@maique That’s great! I should follow your lead. People are starting to ask when I’m expecting… (They don’t, but I wouldn’t blame them).
@cdevroe Yes! Started with 14/10, recommended by the app, but it was basically my life before thinking about it.
I don’t have breakfast anyway, and tinyMovieStar has brought the usually late dinner time a little back, so I was doing it already, in a way.
I’m also eating a LOT less as well.
@maique Yes! Intermittent fasting is the best. I love how it’s changed my whole relationship with food and hunger. My biggest revelation was once I realized that I was hungriest in the morning when I had had a big dinner the night before. Much hungrier than if I had skipped dinner completely.
@pimoore Thank you. Didn’t feel that hard, I fear the next step might be harder. So far it was just a matter of cutting down on junk.
@maique The sugar and junk is the hardest but most important part, even more than the fasting itself.
@maique That's great, congratulations! I have been doing to intermittent fasting for a few years now and it has worked wonders. It was easy for me to adjust since I'm not a 3 square meals a day kind of girl. But I really need to exercise more, and that's where the real struggle is. I wish you the best of luck on your journey.
@Lynessence Thank you very much, and wishing you the same. I don’t exercise nearly enough myself, but I’m trying to get back to my long walks around town. It’s so hilly that I figure it replaces a gym session 🤣
