@joejenett I got an error when attempting to submit the form.

@canion The first 4 fields are required - did you fill them all in?

@canion If you did fill in all required fields, I'm thinking a word in my spam filters may have triggered the error (if your site description contained it). I just removed the word "business" from the spam filter just in case that was the culprit.
