9 hours in to flooding and it still hasn’t covered the high side of the rink 😆. Also, the temperature keeps dropping and we are at 18°F now 👍

@jthingelstad closer to a warming house this year than last. Not that the extension cord under the ice didn't work but will full power out there I can have multiple heaters running. I think next spring I am going to have to add some insulation and then the Shed Office/Warming house should be complete 😁.
@ericmwalk This is amazing to watch. How many litres will it take? Our swimming pool holds about 30,000L. I'm curious because this rink looks huge - but obviously not as deep.
@canion interesting that you bring that up… I have never, ever, figured out about how many gallons (or L for those of you that go by L) it takes me but this time I might be able to figure it out as I took a picture of my water meter before and will once I am done (hopefully that is tonight). As far as deep goes, on one end of the rink it is about 4-5” of water and on the other it is closer to 18-21in.
