Zero for two so far on ATT

@adders Have you heard our conversation about this on @HemisphericViews? Have you figured out whether having the main toggle set to off blocks or allows by default?

@canion I hadn't seen it, no - will look shortly. I have the toggle on (green showing) and am getting asked. So that suggests that having the toggle off means blocked by default.

@adders @canion Just had a quick look at the 'Learn More' link below the toggle - it suggests that it blocks by default!
