I completed a 25-minute Fartlek exercise on Torquay Boulevard. The run went well, both pace-wise and recovery-wise, due to a good night of sleep. Tomorrow will be a recovery day, as I will try to complete a long run here on Saturday. 🏃♂️➡️

@ericmwalk I started an 18-week run plan two weeks ago. It's offering me an 11-kilometer long run for this weekend.
I switched to a plan to work on my endurance and pace over an extended period. I aim to see where it will take me by the time we reach the fall season.
