TIP: Using taxonomy, you can set up your account with different feeds, whether multiple or single, and thus have a master feed based around a theme for the timeline. For example, you could have only long posts, link posts, or posts about a specific subject.
@til Could you expand on this taxonomy idea? I am not grokking. Are you talking about feeds that I write on my micro.blog or feeds coming to me from non-micro.blog sites?
@brownstudy Either way works, since your Micro.blog account will accept any RSS or JSON feed. I think most blog hosts have feeds baked into taxonomy, whether it's called "categories" or "tags"; for example, with hosted Micro.blog whenever you make a category it includes a feed.
There's another tip about categories but I'm definitely going to expand on this in longer form, including more examples.
