Should my garage door spring thingy (technical term) look like that? Or is that the reason our garage door is opening so slowly these days?
@iChris I would say that is the cause. Spring on the left side is broken from what I see. Did you ever hear a huge bang? Those things are under crazy tension that can be dangerous.
