@brettkosinski haven’t actually cut into it yet. It’s a pretty reliable recipe, it’s generally fairly tight so it’s good for toast as it doesn’t leak toppings through. Crust looks good my scoring didn’t really keep the spring in check as it’s got a bunch of tearing.
