Uploading 20 years’ worth of email to iCloud. Hoping for a completion date sometime before 2027.
@bryan is this from a gmail export? Or other service? Been thinking about looking into this but haven't got far into it. Curious to see how it goes.
@brett yes it is. I’ll report back. It’s still online, having uploaded about 15,000 after an entire night. I have a gigabit, wired connection. It’s about 11 gb of emails and attachments. Probably makes sense to export your Gmail takeout as smaller files of 1-2 gb each.
