Crossing the Rubicon file: Canceled my managed Wordpress hosting with Laughing Squid. They contract it out to Pressable (a division of Automattic) and were very good. No going back now.

@ChrisJWilson LOL! I'll put together a post of remotely hosted form to email providers - at least the ones that don't look too dodgy. Also any email address encryption providers.
