FIRST - my thanks for highlighting the problem.
SECOND - how weird is that?

I had checked it and it was working. Checked it on a different device and got the mess you saw.

I started to edit to fix and then realized that it dates back to the days when I was trying out Gutenberg blocks ... so even in Mars Edit, it was causing issues.

Now fixed. (Thanks to Text Soap and Markdown)
