@bjhess how was it? I think I saw it directly before covid hit if I remember it correctly. I love this story no matter the medium.
@V_ Excellent tour cast and sets. Just a beast of a show. We saw it on Broadway 5-6 years ago as well. Fewer tears this time. 🥲
@bjhess depends a bit on what you want out of them. I've enjoyed the 1998 ( Les Misérables (1998 film)) quite a lot (I think I've seen it after reading the book but I'm not sure anymore), it tells the story more or less like it is in the book. If you want to go back into the musical then I found the new movie also good. But they changed the songs at some places. If you want the more original songs then there is always the concert on youtube.
