@SimonWoods You and me both. I'm doing around 5 hours a night and it's really, really taking a toll on me.

@SimonWoods Yeah, let us know when you solve it!

(I know for me it is things I know to do, but just don't do them. A combination of better eating during the day, exercise daily, put away devices by about 8, and shut down the TV [particularly the YouTube stream] by 9 or so. I'm doing better with the first two, but that's not enough.)
