I encourage you all to build strong relationships with your children. Though I will warn you that when they leave for college for the first time, it is incredibly hard. Dropping off our eldest tomorrow. ðŸ˜
@bjhess this is one of the hardest things to do and maintain. We are way off college/university years and wonder what the world will look like when the time arises to let go.
@chadgmoore Good luck to you as well. I think an hour will make a difference (ours is 2.5 hours away), though you won't feel like it does in the moment on Friday. For us it helps that we know she was so ready, but we enjoy her so much that it is selfishly hard to not have her here.
