Vivaldi had never been my thing. Then I was going through old emails and was reminded that a friend had told me, “Yes, but this is different.” It’s so good.

@bjhess I could listen to it in pretty much any situation, which is rare for my habits. It even exposed me to Deutsche Grammophon, of which I somehow had been unaware.

@SimonWoods Oh, DG! It harkens to a time when you basically buy an album based on label and be confident of the quality (Verve, Blue Note, etc…).
