@kevbob I miss you too. It even works pretty well for us in sharing the keys with others in the family. I just hate how slow and cumbersome they are.

The engineer and QA person in me suspects your row in the user database has some weird shit that messes it all up but you're such an edge case no one will ever go fix it.

@kevbob it’s about 50/50 for me. If I book within 24hrs they NEVER issue a digital key, further out if I check in 24hrs before about half the hotels give me a key.

A surprisingly number of Hilton hotel front doors and elevators don’t work with digital keys at all, and then you have to go to the front desk just to get to your floor.

Ohhhhhhh it seems part of the problem with my Hilton (Hampton Inn) interaction at least this weekend is that they were Crowdstruck. Tried early check in at the desk today and they are in the middle of a multi hour update.
