For ages our trans kid, when asked their gender, replies w/ a grin, “I strive to confuse people.” Top surgery has definitely fulfilled this dream. Today the dentist was using they/them but then “Sir,” and Jupes was thrilled. They said to me later, “I don’t get boy gender feelings, I get gremlin gender euph... eilloh.net

@splinter Gender goblins! What a great phrase. :D Yeah watching Jupiter mess with people is so much fun. They're kind, they're never mean or anything, but it's just great to see someone look at them and clearly try to figure out whether he or she, and Jupes is just smiling, like, "Keep going...."
