Pitch: a private blogging platform for businesses that you log into with Slack or Microsoft Teams, with a built-in RSS reader. New post notifications go to channels or email. Free for a fairly generous initial tier; over 50 blogs, corporate SAML, or ACL requires a subscription.

@benwerd Do you really think that people would go for that, though? What good is a blog if the entire world can't fine it?

@cambridgeport90 This comes from a real world need I have: to create a reflective space inside an organization. There are lots of benefits to blogging internally in a safe space where you don’t need to worry about secrets or strategies being leaked.

@benwerd Confluence has blogging built in, and O365 sort of has it via Yammer. That said, I have never seen either used effectively in any of the orgs I’ve worked in that had them. I have always thought it would be cool, though.

@benwerd I was just thinking this week about how to write a newsletter for my team members, but which other people could subscribe to if forwarded.
