Still use Snapchat daily, hands down the best messenger app.

@dansup loved snapchat but no one in my social circles really use it anymore. I wish other messaging apps were more like snapchat. Sending a pic is so much harder in every other messenger
Sorry but how is it the best messaging app? I'm too spoiled by messaging services that support multiple devices. Like Telegram. Or VK messages. Or, heck, even ICQ, although only one could be connected at once. Or Discord, which has a horrible UX, but does check that particular box. To me, being able to send messages from my laptop is a non-negotiable requirement, and the phone is my secondary device. In no small part because typing on a touchscreen still sucks ass even though phones of this style have existed for more than 15 years.
But okay, let's put that aside. Snapchat messages disappear by default. Which is, like, the number one thing I do not want in a messaging app. I want the exact opposite. I want every conversation I've ever had recorded in perpetuity and be easily searchable.
Oh and it also snitches on you if you take a screenshot (you have to use adb screencapture to avoid that).
I stand partially corrected, you can use Snapchat from a computer, albeit in a limited manner compared to the mobile app.
