@becky I think it's super important that Marzipan doesn't compromise the flexibility of the Mac. The font picker is an example. While I'm not a graphic designer, having access to non-standard fonts is important for the look of my paperwork.
@Bruce I totally agree! Nothing on the Mac should get dumbed down or simplified to accommodate iOS...maybe the iOS-style controls could somehow get automatically translated to standard Mac controls instead.
@becky Perfect summary of the biggest Marzipanxieies (and hopes) … I suppose the big worry is that there’ll simply be a flood of third rate dross on the Mac app store.
@Caspar Thanks! The funny thing is, there’s already a flood of third rate dross on the Mac App Store. Just search for “Microsoft Word.” 😆 If anything, this will make the Mac App Store way better!
