Journaling right before bed is a p good alternative to phone scrolling. Sometimes I’ll delay sleep because I need to get into something and write a little longer, sure, but at least I’m not staring into a wall of blue light.

@bapsi I can feel the calm when I spend time in my notebooks right before bed. The difficult part for me is making the choice to tear myself away from YouTube in the first place.
