Fuck. I’ve finally caught covid after avoiding it for over two years. Picked it up from my dad who picked it up during his doctor’s appointment (we’ve ruled out all of the other potential sources) which I find utterly fucking annoying.
Typical, but fucking annoying.

@baldur Oh no. This keeps happening at an alarming rate. Your is the first instance I’ve seen that implicates a doctor’s office visit for spreading COVID, though! Masks are still required at all medical facilities I’ve visited despite most other mandates being dropped.
@fgtech The Icelandic healthcare system dropped the mask mandate a few months ago when they thought that the tail end of the first Omicron wave was going to be the end of it. Then they reinstated it late last week. Literally the day after my dad's appointment. 😑
