For some reason (?!) I’ve been watching random episodes of Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip this morning. I really don’t like Aaron Sorkin’s writing very much but there’s no doubt that Matthew Perry knew how to deliver it.
@ndreas I think the producers lost confidence in it quite early in the only season and tried to nudge it more towards being mainly the story of Danny/Jordan/baby, and that that was a mistake. A little Bradley Whitford goes a long way. Having said that, I really enjoyed the episodes I watched yesterday and noticed a lot of stuff I either hadn’t picked up on first time or had quickly forgotten. At some point, I’ll watch the whole thing again from the beginning.
