When I find a new recipe, I usually have everything that it calls for. Everything, but a $21 bottle of spice, you can only get in a special store in India on Thursdays when there is a full moon.
@amerpie was it asafoetida? I bought a bottle for that one recipe that one time, and found it in my spice drawer this weekend. Happy to share. ;)
