@simonwoods It always surprised me that Apple had to do that every time -- I listen Siracusa and Marco go into the reasons (mainly scale and cost of fallout) why that might be the case on one of the episodes of ATP. That discussion made me ignore this.
@amit I haven't listened to the episode (although I think I've heard pundits talk about the reasons before now) and I'm sure there are good reasons for it, but it still looks a little odd, for any big company actually. I guess these are the realities of our fragile worldwide network.
