@ernie That’s roughly the idea! Basically I think AI summaries means that SEO is no longer a viable way to run a service journalism publication. Traffic is declining now and will only go down more. We need to find a way to do this that is about a direct connection with a reader base.

@jhpot if you need a guy to bounce ideas off of let me know. It's a good idea. We need a worker owned equivalent of every legacy Gawker site

@jhpot I have no idea about "people" in general, but I probably would — even though I have zero interest in the wellness part. I just love supporting sites like 404media that go off and do great stuff as an indie.
