@paultibbetts Thanks for letting me know. I hope to one day see my own blog from Wales. It's the only region of the UK where I haven't traveled - only seen it on TV.

@amerpie if you get there one day - do visit Pembrokeshire and Tenby specifically .. beautiful place - and bonus - more 'Philpins' buried there than the total alive on the planet today - at least it feels that way!

@JohnPhilpin Usually when I've visited in the UK, the run of the mill local parish church tends to be older than the oldest building in the entire United States. In one of Bill Bryson's books about England, he wrote a great piece on the burial grounds around those churches.
