After a few months off, I signed up to a new gym. Excited to get started this Monday. 💪
@vincent nice work! I did the same recently and once you get into a rhythm going you really start to feel the benefits, physically and mentally.
@alpower Thanks! I was pretty dedicated with the gym sessions until tail end of last year, around 5 - 6 times a week, every morning for 2 hours. I’d like to gain more weight this year, and I can’t do that at home really — plus getting out of the “home/office” would be great at times.
