@alexwolfe What a great start! Between my hiking and walking workouts, I got pretty close last year. Actually, with the number of workouts where my watch died prematurely or I didn’t track at all, I’m confident I hit it too. 😁

@alexwolfe Ooh but if we go with all on-foot distance, not just during workouts… 😳 Nearly 1900! Maybe this year’s goal should be 2000.
@jarrod I was joking, as a middle aged woman, there’s no way I could keep up with you! 🤣 I’ll stick to walking around my local parks.
@alexwolfe Your post has made me take a look at my walking stats for the last year. The Apple Health app is saying that between February 2024 and now I have averaged 3.9 miles per day. That works out to just over 1,400 miles in a year.
Wow! I’m not sure how that happened, but it makes me feel more active than I thought that I was.
@crossingthethreshold It’s funny how we think we’re not doing enough exercise but, when you stop and look at the stats, it turns out we’re doing a lot more than we think. I was really surprised how far I walk in a year. It mounts up.
