For me this is more about a company not trusting its own employees to structure their work the way they see fit. Or trusting teams to figure out how they would want to work. Any company wide blanket policies are bad.
@AlanGMarz yeah I think hybrid is here to stay - at least I’ll be picking jobs that can be flexible and trusting towards people they hire
