We started watching Silo on Apple TV last night. What a nice piece of classic-style dystopian SF. Really looking forward to seeing where this one goes, especially as they’ve just been green-lit for a second season.

@indw Are you enjoying it? What do you think, will we get to see what's outside by the end of the season?

@alexink I’m really enjoying it. The pacing of the first two episodes was a little slow and I felt like they could’ve been collapsed into one. Picked up after that and now I’m impatiently waiting for the next episode. Have bought the book to read as well.

@alexink we haven’t finished it yet! For the most part, I like it. But I keep hoping some of the smaller dilemmas in the storyline end up culminating into something bigger. Some things just seem so insignificant to the plot and I wonder why they’ve spent so much time on them.

@BrandonWrites I'd suggest staying with it. It's definitely a slow burn but does improve.

@indw Like you I hope they're threads for the overall story and or lead ins to the next season.

@meandering Yeah, but I don't mind that so much as long as a show eventually delivers and, so far, this is. And can't wait for tonight's episode.
